I've started a new blog! It's called Whirring Blender Weekly Design Challenge. Each week I take 2 or 3 characters and attempt to design them in the style of another artist or property. The first week kicked off with the challenge to redesign two Disney princesses in the style of Korean artist Hyung-Tae Kim. Check it out!

Just a notice for you Ham and Eggers out there! Ham and Eggs is now officially at its own site

Two guest appearances from yours truly in comics today! The first is a guest strip I did for The Slightly Askew Adventures of Inspector Ham and Eggs (I highly recommend reading the actual storyline first!).

The second is actually just a panel that I did for yesterday's Dr. McNinja. You may recognize the little critter from one of our tshirts! Isn't it high time you had a little Baby Dracula in your life? ;)

On Saturday, May 3rd, from 10am to 2pm, Patrick McDonnell will be signing copies of his soon-to-be-released book Shelter Stories: Love Guaranteed at the North Shore Animal League America in Long Island, NY. Patrick will be joined by Earl & Mooch to kick off NSALA’s 36-hour Adopt-a-thon.

NSALA is a quick ride from NYC. It's the last stop on the Port Washington line on the Long Island Railroad (appox 40 minutes). Each year, hundreds of shelters around the world participate in Pet Adoptathon. There will be shelters that are from almost every state, hurricane Katrina, Germany, Canada, China, Kuwait, India and Africa. If you were ever thinking of getting a pet now is the time to do it! Almost every type of everything WILL be there.

I will be volunteering that day. Hope to see you!
